Start spreading the news…our MHRC Ski & Snowboard Swap is almost here!
When: October 19th to Sunday October 22rd, 2023
Where: Returning to @Area 8 (Formerly Kelso Quarry), 5437 Steeles Ave, Milton, ON
One of the biggest swaps in Southern Ontario and the BIGGEST fundraiser for our club!
A portion of the funds supports our not-for-profit racing club.
We need your help to share the details with friends and family.
It’s the best opportunity to get great deals on NEW and USED ski and snowboard equipment to start the season!
Friendly Reminder:
Competitive Team families are required to complete at least four volunteer hours at the Swap
Want to take care of all of you volunteer hours for the season?
We have a new way to transfer important knowledge within our club and give members a chance to easily fulfill their volunteer hours – join the event committee for this year’s Swap!!
It’s easy, the group has an established and documented plan from prior years to work from.
The committee’s focus is event planning and execution. 6-8 one hour weekly virtual meetings leading up to the event. Project management of the event. Coordinating volunteers for all needed positions. Set up on the day before and tear down after closing.
