- Receive from the Directors, reports and financial statements for the 2022-23 season
- President’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report
- Race Director’s Report
- MOTION: Appointment of auditors, if required
- Transact other business as may properly come before the meeting
- MOTION: Approve the actions of the current Board for the 2022-23 Season
- MOTION: Dissolve the current Board of Directors
- MOTION: Elect and acknowledge the new Board of Directors for the 2023 – 2024 Season
- MOTION: Adjournment
