Calling all MHRC parents.
The power of our club is that it is completely volunteer operated. We need your help!
In May, we will be having our Annual General Meeting to both report on the business affairs of our club, and also to elect our Board of Directors.
This year we are searching for two new Board members to join us. What’s involved? Generally one board meeting per month, held on a weekday evening. In addition, each Director tends to focus on a specific portfolio of activities – we spread the load to keep it manageable. This year we are looking for Directors to help on two fronts: Volunteer Coordinator, and Marketing+Sponsorships.
Why get involved? First and foremost, it’s for the kids!! We have a lot of fun as a Board getting to know families across our great club. Joining the Board also covers all of your family’s volunteer hours for the season.
