The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

  • Receive from the Directors, reports and financial statements for the 2020-21 Season
    1. President’s Report
    2. Treasurer’s Report
  • Appointment of auditors, if required
  • Transact other business as may properly come before the meeting
  • Approve the actions of the current Board for the 2020-21 Season
  • Dissolve the current Board of Directors
  • Acknowledge the new Board of Directors for the 2021 – 2022 Season
  • AGM Adjournment
  • Other Business – 2021 Awards

We might have missed the season but that doesn’t mean we didn’t have people make big contributions to our club!  If you’d like to nominate someone for one of our volunteer-oriented awards, please email president@miltonheights.com – award descriptions and criteria can be found here.

All current members of the Board of Directors are willing to stand for re-election.  As such, no additional nominations for new Directors are needed at this time. If you have any questions or still wish to be nominated, please contact BOD@miltonheights.com
