This Sunday is a regular “feet on the ground and deep breathing” fitness session for our athletes and please register to attend in TeamSnap. In addition, Sidecut will be hosting it’s annual ski tuning workshop led by Henry Taylor. Due to physical distancing requirements and to ensure a good visual experience there will be 2 free sessions offered on Sunday morning for 10 participants each. Each session will be 1.5 hours long and require advance registration through TeamSnap, sorry no drop-ins. Athletes are encouraged to register and attend as well. Special pricing for products will be available. The session blocks are 9:30-11a and 11:10-12:40p. Athletes who are registered can slip in and out of the fitness session as required. If registration is full and based on demand we can organize another workshop during the November 22nd dryland session so you won’t miss out. Here’s what you need to know:
All drop-offs and pick-ups will take place at the MHRC clubhouse this Sunday!
Tuning Session #1 –10 people max- meet at MHRC clubhouse (9:30a – 11a) – mask are mandatory: Register in Team Snap by Nov 6, 12:00 noon
Fitness Session – (10a – noon) meet at MHRC clubhouse: Register in Team Snap by Nov 6, 12:00 noon.
Athletes from Session #1 who then attended fitness will be picked up at noon at MHRC clubhouse
Tuning Session #2 –10 people max- meet at MHRC clubhouse (11:10a-12:40p) – mask are mandatory : Register in Team Snap by Nov 6, 12:00 noon.
Fitness athletes registered for Session #2 will be brought to clubhouse. Everyone leaves clubhouse directly following the workshop.
For athletes who are attending fitness…. Dress in weather appropriate athletic wear. Have a light breakfast, bring a water bottle with room temperature liquid and a great attitude!
